Kastella’s Amazing Islandic View

This modern attractive apartment is a gem! Look no further if you are booking for 2 or 3 persons in Athens. I highly recommend it and will rent it again! Immaculate, fully equipped, comfortable bed mattress, cozy living room, spacious bathroom. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, it is only a 6 minute taxi ride to the Acropolis. Our host District C was attentive with immediate responses to any inquiry. Note that there are some steps in the entryway leading to the elevator.

My wife and I were guests at District C' place for a delightful two weeks. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and excellently equipped - truly perfect. District C proved to be a fantastic and attentive host. It felt like our home away from home!

District C's apartment was styled wonderfully. Traveling solo, I felt the neighborhood + apartment were really safe and cozy. I would highly recommend this apartment to family or friends.

Unique experience in the heart of downtown. Ideal location for short/long stay. The apartment is cozy and at the same time luxurious with all the amenities provided. Highly recommended. Really appreciate the hospitality.

We stayed in Thessaloniki for an extended weekend. The place and Alexandros was perfect. Centrally located, comfortable and modern. We will definitely book this place again next time:)

Couldn’t recommend District-C’s place enough. It looks exactly like on the photos, with all the amenities available, very modern, clean and spacious place, perfect for a couple. District-C was very responsive, flexible and accommodating, even though my request for booking was quite last minute. Great value for money.

District-C team are among the best hosts I've had. We extended our stay from a week to over a month due to the perfect location, great apartment, and to experience a real part of Athens, which had everything. The area felt safe, was affordable, and easy to navigate. 5 stars!

This is one of the best vacations we’ve ever had! We've even extended our living here from 10 days up to the month. We were amazed by the service, owner's politeness and interest in our great vacation. Alexandros is a great man and his travel guide is awesome! We kept in touch all the time during our trip. Advantages of living here: - Really cozy and esthetically designed apartment with fresh renovation and aromatic sticks - Full equipment: towels, kitchen utensils (sandwichmaker, two types of coffemachines, oven, microwave, lots of different types of dishes, pans etc), great bar table, soft sofa with cool pillows, two TVs - Our love for the next years: balcony with artificial grass, connected with both rooms - there is a great view from there! - Quiet residential area, no bums/drugs and something like that - Excellent location: in 5 minutes - bus stop, in 15 minutes - metro, in 15 minutes by the other side - trams. Trip to the seaside is about 15 minutes and to the center 15 minutes too - There are lot of places of interest next to the apartment, but our favorite is square next to the tram stop wit a lot of cafes, modern shops, architecture and great people. Highly recommend for the evening walk Disadvantages: not found :)

The place is close to one of the best bars & restaurants,super easy to find and there is paid parking right in front. The interior is suburb,I picked the flat due to the interesting and inspiring atmosphere,which turn out to be even better! Super clean & new,the communication with Alex was easy and on time! Will return to that place!

Great homestay, super perfect room, everything is very clean, a lot of things are new, a lot of things are new, we stayed too comfortable, we didn't want to leave, we didn't want to leave, everything is perfect, especially the kitchen utensils are complete, the host is very nice, the surrounding environment is quiet, various restaurants, beach, supermarket, there are markets and performances to the right at the beach opposite.Transportation is also very convenient, you can go anywhere by bus, in short, the house is much better than the photos, highly recommended.

Just arrived back in the states after a 28 day stay in this beautiful apartment! It’s modern, clean, near everything you will need for your stay without needing a car, and the location is one of the best in the city! Walk down too the sea in the morning with a cup of coffee and the view is absolutely amazing! I can not say enough about Alexandros and his staff! I never had too wait longer than an hour if that for a response and the staff was friendly as well as extremely helpful! I must say with the amount of time I was there the apartment immediately felt like home with a warm atmosphere and I started too feel more comfortable by the day (I did not want too leave). It was well worth the money and I even told myself many times what a gem I found in this apartment! I will return and this time I will not have too spend hours looking for a place because I can not imagine staying anywhere in the city but here!!

Brand new, spacious, clean apartment decorated with taste. Equipped with all the necessary things for short and long stay. In the kitchen you will find absolutely everything you need, even more. Wi-fi is fast and stable. The terrace is large and spacious. Alexandros is a great host, always available and ready to help. An honest recommendation for a great vacation.

An apartment which felt you was like you are in heaven! Feels better than home! It was very well equipped with all amenities , the kitchen had all appliances , the bedroom area was full of light ! Balcony was great in order to relax . Host was great and extremely helpful ! For sure its my only and next option when I return back.

The property was much better that expected, photos are not doing it justice. Everything is very clean and the kitchen is brand new with everything that we need for almost 2 weeks. District-C team was very friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you so much we’re looking forward to visit again in the future!
